The haircut was great , and so was the blow dry . The only thing I would say is that the salon looks a little grimy, and could do with a clean up !

the service was nice and I'm super happy with my highlights and the cut. Excellent value for money. this is despite some awful loud high energy music, no air conditioning (it was a very hot day), no refreshments or a magazine while waiting.

Yes, the price is cheap but I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable during a wax. It was super painful as she didn't keep the skin taught, or ask me too.... she was super rude, dismissive and unchatty. The lighting is very bad and when I left the salon I saw that she had missed sections of hair and did not go over with tweezers. The waxing room was SO hot and instead of having a fan or AC, she insisted on leaving the door OPEN, with people walking around the salon. This made me 10x more uncomfortable. The salon as a whole didn't feel clean, the bathroom was disgusting, I would never go back.
