I emailed Treatwell 30 hours in advance to change my appointment and nothing was changed, so i lost money on the appointment. If you pre book a time you should be able to change this online.

Clearly I went there for the price... but it turned out to be a really cool experience. The girl who took care of me was really nice and friendly, it was done fast and pain was minimal - always a good thing considering why one goes there...
The place isn't luxury or anything and you won't get a glass of champagne but what needs to be done is well done and that's all I ask for this price.

It was a nice surprise. The good value for money is unbeatable in London. The location is just around the corner from the tube station. The staff was on time, friendly and efficient. I would have expected a better technique for the Hollywood but in the end the results were actually satisfying. I will surely return there.
