I had a bikini and half leg wax at Claudia's yesterday and whilst the result itself was not too bad, I found the salon environment to be a little disappointing. The treatment price was amazingly cheap and the therapist seemed competent but I do not think I would visit the salon again.

I emailed Treatwell 30 hours in advance to change my appointment and nothing was changed, so i lost money on the appointment. If you pre book a time you should be able to change this online.
