lovely lady, studio updated and not so dilapidated as was on first visit.
BUT
Michaela left and the woman who saw me wasn't anywhere near as good. Most of the hair is gone, but not all, and not small bits either. She was lovely, but under pressure, late (by half an hour! and without apology!) and the wax just didn't take off anywhere near as much as usual.
Value for money would have been 'Tip-Top' if it weren't for the fact that so much hair was left & that they were late.
