First of all, sorry for the mistakes as I am not english. I arrive at the venue and the lady that welcomed me was really cold because I was late (my trains was delayed and I couldn't do anything baout it). She then told me to sit with no further explanations, I didn't even know if they will take me! Finally after 15minutes, my beautician arrived. She was actually also late and my lateness was actually a good thing for her so I didn't understood why they were so cold to me. My brazilian wax was supposed to last 30 min. She did it in 5minutes, very roughly. I don't understand how a beautician could do it so fast, especially on that very sensitive zone. So for that, I am not very happy with my experience. I will go back though and try to be on time, maybe it will be better.
