I was able to make an appointment in a same day slot, after having bought an online voucher, this was great. I have been here before and had always had a pleasant if somewhat rushed experience. The staff who waxed my legs and hollywood was quick and skilled but she seemed to be in a rush when waxing. They use a mix of strip and hot wax for the delicate bits but it seemed she was either trying to save wax or looking for her own convenience as she used strip wax in bits where hot wax would be preferable to me as the sufferer. Other than that its good value but I would like to see more hot wax than strip for my hollywood wax next time as it was more uncomfortable and painful with strip (I am used to hollywood waxing both with strip and hot wax). She did smother me with a good amount of after wax oil. After getting home I also noticed she had left quite a few hair and broken some.

I washed, cut and dried my hair for £12 in 30 min and it was OK.
I got very long hair and very kind lady did her best. Just as I asked her 1 cm shorter reshape.

Hollywood Waxing

Had a Hollywood wax treatment here, disappointed overall. Small, upstairs, salon area, cramped and with lots of random people hanging around, not very welcoming or friendly. Was left waiting for a while as they were running 25mins late but no one told me of this or apologised at any point. The beautician herself (unfortunately can't remember her name) was very nice but the wax was quite painful (yes, even for a wax) and not the best I've had. Went to this salon as the reviews were generally good and it was close to where I lived but I won't be going back, regardless of the convenience or price.
