I had my full legs and 3/4 arms waxed, I think the results came out pretty good and the therapist was friendly. After an initial check I discovered that I had some hair still left on one of my legs but that was simply an oversight and the therapist made sure to get rid of it. The room was quite small and because of no windows or ventilation it had a bit of a funky smell. I was quite happy with the price and the finished results.

I came back to this place after half a year of being abroad, to find out that my favorite therapist Mihaela had gone somewhere else. The therapist I had instead was nice and honest, but unfortunately, oh my goodness, it became the most painful waxing I've ever had. I'm not blaming only on her, as I had had a laser treatment a month before for which I had to shave, which probably made the hair stronger, and apparently the laser didn't weaken the hair at all either. So she struggled to remove the stubborn hair while I was bearing with the pain like a torture, ending up waxing repeatedly in the same area which made my skin bad. She tried to pick some leftover hair with tweezers, but I felt as if she was digging up my pores with a needle. At the end of the session there was bits of wax left on the skin and I could see a lot of hair still left in the pores. I actually have no idea if it would have been any better when done by a more skilled beautician. Overall I'm traumatised by this experience, but considering the price and the good sessions I've had here before, I might still give them another chance, but try to get a different therapist.
