Very disappointing. Been a few times before, but Xenia the therapist seemed like she wanted to get the treatment done as soon as possible. Very unfriendly. The result was good, but the experience was painful unlike the other therapists I have been with before. Will not be returning.

The staffs were friendly and nice. They did the treatment swiftly. My underarms have been waxed for more than 10 years, however after this treatment I experienced quite a nasty burn. But it healed in 1-2 days.

It was my first time at claudia's hair and beauty for Hollywood waxing. The waxing it's ok, but she was a bit sudden and finished it in less than 10 min. The result it's ok but not the best I ever had.
