Very quick, efficient service. Almost completely painless! The air conditioning was being fixed so ventilation was a challenge, had to leave the door open. Once this is fixed, highly recommend this place.

It was a terrible experience in terms of waxing, the staff were gracious enough to accommodate me even though I had come on the wrong day but the wax was rushed and very painful.
The place wasn't super, but the price was very good and so were the staff.

The overall service has changed a lot since the first time I came here.
I precisely asked for Claudia (as I was given the choice), but when I arrived she was not available. This already happened twice, and last time I was not happy at all with the beautician. Do not give the option to choose then!
As they also increased the prices (to old customers as well), I am not sure I will come back...
