It was a very hot day when I visited Claudia's which is not ideal for hot waxing! However, Hazel made me feel completely at ease and despite the treatment being quite painful, I was definitely pleased with the results! Will be returning for my next treatment. I had to pay a £5 surcharge for hot-wax as opposed to strips for my hollywood.

First impression of the place wasn't too good as it looked like a little corner shop which had been converted into a salon, however I was taken downstairs for my wax. Once downstairs the waxing room was a lot more spacious. The lady who waxed me was clearly bored of her job as she kept asking me if I know anywhere that's hiring. I didn't approve of the fact that she used one strip to try and do my whole leg, but other than that, the wax was good and I would go back purely because it's good value for money
