Definitely value for money here, staff was lovely, although the receptionist wasn't as welcoming however not a problem, the lady who did my waxing was so nice. This was my first Hollywood wax ever, so from bikini line to that I would have expected a lot more pain. Didn't hurt much at all, apparently because they use a different kind of wax. It's not strip wax, she leaves in to cool for about30 seconds on you the it just comes off! Hardly as much pain as I expected and very quick as well.
Only downsides were that there was still the odd tiny hair left but I didn't mind, I just tweeted it off later. As well as that, they were running late for my appointment which I normally wouldn't mind however I was pressed for time when I went.
Also they have a loyalty card so you get the tenth free which only works if you pay in advance for your next treatment with them, so if you'll be doing that, bring the cash for another so it's not a surprise!

Therapist was welcoming and chatty horewer I had to ask her to do my behind as well as it is included in Brazilian and she was reluctant to do it, so I felt a bit embarrassed
