The staff was good, but compared to other waxing salon it was ok, but after all I had Treatwell vouchers so I can't complain for the value other wise I would have been disappointed with the treatment .

Good value for money but the floor inside the treatment rooms could do with cleaning. Always find head hair and dust which isn't nice to walk on.

Staff was very pleasant and offered water while I waited. This is the second treatment I've had done. The first was incredibly quick and professional and for the amazing price I paid, it was virtually pain-free and the best wax session ever. However, it depends on who does the treatment as the second time around, I had a different staff member and it hurt quite a lot. I would still go back but would request certain staff members if possible.
