Usually I have strip waxing and was nervous about the hot wax but it was a lot less painful and I am really happy with the end result. Cornelia was lovely and put me at ease about the hot wax. I will definitely be going back again as it was great value for money. Thank you girls!

Very good value for money, had a hollywood and underarm wax. Not very painful, very nice technician, but she did leave a few hairs in the bikini area. Overall very good job.

The staff were lovely but there were some areas for improvement.
I had walked in knowing that I wanted to try my hand as a blonde from a brunette, this turned into an exhausting 30 minute debate with the lead hairdresser trying to talk me out of it and making me feel guilty when I insisted I wanted to do it anyway. Felt like I was treated a bit like a child in this sense was very frustrated.
The hairdresser that washed the bleach out of my hair was a bit careless and got some water on my face and eyes (lucky it wasn't bleach!). When I got home there was bleach all down the back of my favourite t-shirt which the colour is now permanently damaged.
Good result overall with my hair. Not in a hurry to go back though.

I have been several times in this salon and was very happy. But this time the waxing wasnt neatly done.a lot of hair were left. I complained and the lady tried her best to get rid of them but since the after waxing oil had already been applied, it was really difficult to get a perfect job.i will give another chance go to the salon. As I said this only happened once in the last 15 times I have been there.
