I loved the beautician who gavel the waxing, she was friendly and made me feel as though I were talking to a friend and having a Hollywood wax wasn't anything unusual at all. I thought the experience was really comfortable, I believe it was due to the staff. They made everything less awkward and pleasurable.
I do think, however, that the rooms where they do the waxing should have air conditioning. As it got really hot in the rooms. Either air conditioning or a fan at least. As it distressed both me and the beautician.
Other than that. I loved it. And I now feel SOOO smooth. Even better - it hardly hurt :).

I've been here a couple of times for waxing. But this time, it was not good. It was too hot in the room, the salon was overbooked. The lady who waxed me did not do a thorough job, I still had a lot of hair left over. I think the cheap prices attract customers (and initially it was definitely worth the price) but I would rather pay more somewhere else and get a good thorough wax.

Over all experience at Claudia's Hair and Beauty was great! It was easy to find and get to being just a minutes walk from the tube station! A refreshing drink was offered before the treatment as well, and the wait was not long at all. Best value for waxing I have come across in London! I have had maybe 5+ appointments here and each time I would definitely recommend it!
