The girl who waxed has great skills and a great personality, I knew that it's impossible to be totally painless, but it's much much better than I expected. Definitely will consider a second time.

I had a full legs wax and think it was average. The therapist (new) was very friendly but didn't do a thorough job. I went over my legs and kept finding stray hairs here and there. It's strange because the wax hurt more than usual so I thought the hairs were really all out. At the end I had to leave, unsatisfied, because I was late for my other appointment. I have previously been here and have been happy with the result, but the wax was done by another therapist.
