Some of the staff members are rude! Overall experience was ok. Had to tell the staff myself to tidy up the skin after they waxed. It wasn't clean in the first go. They do not comply with Treatwell rates at all times.

Much better job than the last time I visited, more thorough and atmosphere in the salon was calmer and less busy so therapist had more time to do the threading. Think it would be good if they had a special chair for threading as using the hair salon chairs is a bit uncomfortable, but for the great value for money you can't complain!

Nice therapist who made the experience pleasant. The strip waxing was a bit painful but the hot wax was a lot better. Thorough job and I would definitely go back as it's great value for money and a convenient location.

Do not go here! Lady is rude and bad at waxing. She was not waxing properly and not interested even in finishing the job. Most disappointed as this is the first time I used Treatwell and had high hopes
