I feel that the treatment thar I did was over charged given. The girl was not very professional at all

Went to the salon back in November and first I would like to say that the therapist that did my treatment was amazing, a very friendly and professional italian girl can't remember her name, anyway the final result was ok the problem was the type of wax they use is so cheap so makes the whole experience very painful, I have been for the same treatment in different places and this was by far the most painful and like I said it was not definitely the therapist because she was very quick you could see she had the experience... but I won't be going back because the wax was so cheap that the cheap price wasn't worth for the amount of pain it gave... it's a shame :(

arrived 30min early, but still had to wait an extra 10mins after my app was due.
the staff were all really friendly, the wax was done really good.
would recommend this as it great value for money
