Salon and waxing room are very basic and no-frills, but the wax itself was brilliant value for money (Hollywood and armpits with hot wax for £15)! Simona was lovely and gave warnings before taking off wax that might have been painful (but as hollywoods go it wasn't a painful at all), and the result is smooth and non-irritated.

I had a good hot waxing treatment at Claudia's. The therapist was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was also much cheaper than most other London salons. I would definitely go back.

Had a Brazilian Wax. Staff at salon very nice and professional. Was ok for what I paid for but had better (although paid much higher price at a different salon). Missed a few spots also was a bit more painful than used to as she didn’t press or tap on skin straight after wax. You have to ask but I got the impression she wasn’t keen to touch. But all in all not bad for very good price and lovely staff.
