Got a wash, cut and blow dry. The stylist was great but the venue and receptionist was poor. The front desk had a go at me for missing the appointment when the website has rejected my first request and I booked a later slot which came through. The stylist is polite and really good but really put off by the staff and the general atmosphere. Also, they reported me a no-show which means now I need to pre-pay for everything!

Claudia's hair and beauty was a very pleasurable experience. Granted the environment isn't the nicest but the staff are very friendly and my full leg wax and hollywood wax were very very good and the price was even better so I cannot complain! I would definitely recommend for a quick, cheap, pain-free wax! I will be going back

The staff was really nice, but the downstairs where the do the waxing is a little run-down. I hadn't had a bikini wax in a long time. I used to get them fairly often when I lived in Boston. The woman who did them in Boston got it done in about 10 minutes which made the pain a lot more bearable. This one took a bit longer which drew the pain out! But overall a reasonably good job for a reasonably good price.
