Great leg and hollywood wax, therapist took care to remove any stray hairs with tweezers. I am now a regular here as the value for money is excellent, friendly therapists and the renovated rooms and new chairs make a real difference.

On this occasion my arm wax was carried out efficiently with a nice therapist, however, unfortunately the hair was not waxed in the right direction of hair growth, which meant that a lot of the hair was cut at the root, rather than being lifted out from the root cleanly. This resulted in quick re-growth and non-smooth arms. I come here often for arm waxes and this has never happened before so I am putting it down to a one off and will be back again in future.

The venue did not look very appealing from the exterior, but was easy to find. The staff were well organised and efficient, but not particularly welcoming. The wax I received was fantastic - I was really impressed with the length of time that it lasted and how neat and thorough it was! All in all, although the service was perhaps not as great as it could have been, it was brilliant value and a really good treatment. I would return. A number of offers were also available which makes it continuing good value as a salon.
