The place wasn't as good as I thought it would be, it looked cheap. The waxing was OK, the employee was not really feeling like chatting or smiling, but she was OK too. She took a little bit too long to do the waxing, but the results were good. They didn't seem very professional, they all used their phones while attending people, there were cigarrettes next to the cash machine and they couldn't give me a receipt, since I paid with cash, so they had to write one down for me.

Good value for money. Friendly staff but small, simple salon. Happy with results but would have liked opportunity to discuss exactly what I wanted more with the hairdresser.

I've been here several times now for a Hollywood wax and had several different members of staff all of whom have been excellent. This used to be the best value place for waxing in London but their prices have increased recently which doesn't make it as good value as it used to be, especially considering that the ambience and decor are quite basic. I will probably return but not as frequently as before.
