Overall the experience would have been just fine, an ok value for money. However I had a terrible experience with the receptionist. She aimed that because I made the booking for medium length hair instead of long it would be an additional ten pounds. I pulled up the website and showed her it says the difference between medium and long hair is only
4 pounds. She kept disputing this with me at which point I asked to pay for only the conditioning treatment I'd received and to skip the haircut. Then she "gave in." Got a quick trim and left ASAP. Will not be returning.

The salon itself is pretty grubby, and the staff are not particularly friendly. That said they did a pretty good job, of my wax , and it was incredibly cheap.
Ladies' Waxing
I went for a full head colour. I have explained what I wanted and even showed Cristina a picture to have the idea of what I wanted. She reccomend a color that she said its gonna be what I wanted. The result is an orangy/ginger colour which now I have to go and fix it in another saloon. I am very upset, I will never come back to the saloon and I suggest yo improve the english language which she can barely speak. Waste of money and time!
Hair Colouring
The haircur was excellent. Not 100% satisfied by the blow dry. The overall experince was good for the money I ve spent. I will come back fot other treatments or haircuts.

Went in for highlights, cut and blow dry. Receptionist was rude upon my arrival. Highlights turned out streaky. Asked for quite a lot of length to be cut off and hair to be layered. Hairdresser cut hardly any off, even after I asked her again to cut more off. Barely any layering or shaping. Then their card machine was not working so I had to go and withdraw money and being it back. Waste of money.
