It was ok.. Definitely cheap for a reason but they get the job done. The staff are friendly but I'm afraid the lady who I had had very little English so it was hard to communicate with her. She was lovely all the same.

Staff was friendly, although its very much a salon-feel as opposed to a spa feel - but was all fine as that was what I was expecting! The hollywood wax itself was okay-good, she said that I had not let the hairs grow long enough so in the end there were still some hairs there which was quite disappointing. She did not try tweasing some of the strays. Result probably would've been better if hot wax was used - which wasn't clear in the Treatwell listing. The leg wax was brilliant, didn't hurt and legs felt nice and smooth.
