The photograph that is given to show the salon is not accurate at all. It was extremely small and the staff were not to friendly on first impression. I was glared at on first entering the small salon then after announcing that i was there for a wax (hollywood hot wax) i was told to sit down and fill out a service form. i was then told to follow a small lady called Simona down the stairs to a basement looking room where my wax would be performed. On me entering the room she closed the door leaving me alone which i assumed was a signal for me to get changed ready for her re-enter and begin. while changing i surveyed the bleak surrounding. Now while i was only paying £10 for this treatment i really was not about to grumble but since the treatment is normally listed for a charge of £35 pounds i would consider this to be quite overpriced. Now although i would say there was a language barrier between me and her which allowed for there to be an eerie silence for most of the treatment. I could not fault her attention to detail and concern if i was in discomfort. On finishing the treatment i was told to change then go up to pay at the desk before being left alone again. Now upon arriving at the desk i was asked if i wanted to keep the price of 10 for my next visit, and if i did they i would need to pay £20 pounds for this visit but then pay nothing for my next. i decided to decline this offer which was met with a very narked look from the lady behind the desk. (if this had not have happened i probably would have given the staff rating 2 stars)
Overall the wax itself was really good.. lady performing the wax was also nice despite language barrier ... the rest of the staff not friendly at all.
