This was not a terrible experience, but I've definitely had a better wax. I'm a bit worried about the state of my sensitive skin as the lady re-did several spots over and over again. My therapist was very nice, but I was not made to feel welcome upon entering the salon. While it was the most affordable wax I've had, I do not think I would return again. Sorry, perhaps I'm just too nervous in getting a wax. (I prefer waxes where they only do the area once, not 4 or 5 times)

I always go to this place as I think it has the best offers when it comes to wax.
The technician is very good, she is the first person able to do a Brazilian wax without make me suffer, and I have a very sensitive skin as I am a redhead.
I always get back there.

Really pleased with my cut, just what I needed coming in to winter. The stylist was really friendly and the salon environment was warm and cosy on a cold London night. The stylist took my need for volume and cut some interesting layers into my hair. I would recommend this salon and would return back there.
