Fantastic wax as always - this is the best place I've been to in London. Will definitely come back. Girl who did my waxing was called Cornelia I think - almost no pain, she's really good.

Had some hope for this place but was very disappointed.
The place is tiny and of questionable decor, customers waiting are crammed on a greasy sofa. The service is rushed (lasts way less than advertised) and claudia made me feel very uncomfortable.
Staff is Romanian or from some part of Eastern Europe, which would be fine If they weren't continuously talking between themselves in that language. I will never come back again.

The treatment was done very professionally. It took less than 10 minutes to have a treatment and I was pleased with the result. Although I had to wait extra 20 minutes to start with my appointment, it was worth it. I think the salon can improve on the products they are using, but rather than that - the experience was satisfactory overall.
