Though I have had treatments twice there before, this is the first time I did their Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatment. The treatment was nice in several ways - I was offered refreshments upon arrival, there was no rush at any point, but my hairdresser gave the impression real thoughtfulness in and respect for her work.
Only two things brought this experience down somewhat, and that was that 1. My conditioner was very liquidy and not properly kept back by the plastic hat, and so it would at times come down my face or down my neck (I was given a towel to deal with this beforehand - so perhaps this is normal). 2. The hood drier was very hot and could not be adjusted.
Overall, however, this is a place that is definitely worth giving a go and a place I'd like to go back.
