I am almost a regular now and I have to say the waxing is good value for the money. Overall cleanliness is better compared to similar places with same prices and a lot of the girls are experienced and know what they are doing. A way to improve would be better customer services and high level training for all personnel.

Claudia's is excellent value for money. Initially the staff is not very friendly but the girl who did my waxing, simone (i think) was gentle and friendly and did a very good bikini wax. i also got my legs done and i was not happy, however i have been to Claudias before and was satisfied so putting it down to an off day. The room/waxing area was neat and clean and they take off a hygiene tape thing before they start using the wax so it makes one feel cleaner. they are careful about not using the same sticks again in the hot wax pot as well so despite the location, a very hygienic, neat place and great value for money through Treatwell!

I made last minute booking at this place because the place I wanted to go cancelled my appointment. I got there and the receptionist asked me to wait without any explanation. I waited for quite a while and I thought "this is a bit funny.." because there were 4 staff members there, 1 lady was busy doing hair colour for a different customer and there were 3 girls not doing anything apart from busy with their phones and talking to each other in a foreign language. So I asked them how long I had to wait, then finally they acknowledged me... Turned out it's only 1 person doing the hair and she was busy.. So the girl who was the receptionist (maybe she's a beautician as well) did the wash, and deep treatment, while waiting for the hairdresser to finish with the other customer. The receptionist wrapped my hair in the shower cap untidy, my hair still sticking out and the hairdresser put it in properly. My treatment was delayed for 30 minutes and I was in the rush and late because of this. Overall the haircut and blowdry results were okay, I'd go to a different place next time.
