I had a shellac manicure at first which was horrible - the girl didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and my nails weren't shiny and looked awful. The salon offered me a free manicure the following weekend to make up for it and it was excellent. It was a different girl and she did a fantastic job. I'm pleased the salon made an effort to repair the original damage and I will now definitely go back to visit the lady who did my most recent manicure. Only small critique was that the salon was very very cold inside! But other than that great job.

I would like to say that I am so happy I found this place and it is the NUMBER 1 place to go! I just bought a deal on Groupon just for the deal and now this is the best place Iâve been for waxing! The staff are so friendly and do an amazing job. I would recommend anyone to go there :)

Fabulous service, I was the first customer of the day but was welcomed in immediately and got my treatment straight away. Very good wax as always, this is my favourite place in London.
