The salon is really nice and confortable. The girls are amazing. Alina is awesome, and after 2 years of searching the right hairdresser, I have finally found it. Great value for money as well. Will recommend it to everybody,

Facial wax - painful but efficiently done. The staff were friendly, very chatty. I was kept waiting for a bit but I didn't mind. I did break out in spots afterwards but I don't think this is due to the salon -it can be a normal reaction post face waxing!

Staff was on her phone when I arrived, did not hang up until right before the waxing started - very unprofessional. The salon overall is a bit sad. The waxing room was bright and pretty and warm. However, it did not look or feel very clean - especially the counter with the wax. The wax was too hot when applied on the skin, and staff recognised this and continued anyway. Also, I asked politely if my boyfriend could keep me company, and she declined with no explanation - the room was clearly big enough. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, although somewhat expected for the discounted price.

Excellent service at a superb price. Extremely near Edgware road station so very convenient. Although the treatment rooms are not superb, the waxers know exactly what they are doing and are so friendly. For that reason, I'll never go anywhere else.
