In a nut shell: you must be lucky to have the right beautician.
The member of the staff at the reception was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
The Beautician who made my waxing was very nice and friendly, I think she tried to be as nice as possible, as she saw how rude her colleague was with me.
After the treatment the same member of the staff at the reception offered me to buy a waxing package upfront for the next time I would go, as she mentioned it would have been cheaper than Treatwell. I refused as I was very frustrated from the early rude interaction she had with me before.

This isn't a luxury spa, but the staff is really nice, the place is lovely, everything is very clean, and the wax is nice and quick (but not too quick!). All in all I would definitely recommend, and the value can't be beat.
