I had waxing Hollywood and full legs at Claudio's hair and beauty , as usual Xenia made this treatment. She was fast and efficient . The shop is clean and the girls are nice .

In a nut shell: you must be lucky to have the right beautician.
The member of the staff at the reception was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
The Beautician who made my waxing was very nice and friendly, I think she tried to be as nice as possible, as she saw how rude her colleague was with me.
After the treatment the same member of the staff at the reception offered me to buy a waxing package upfront for the next time I would go, as she mentioned it would have been cheaper than Treatwell. I refused as I was very frustrated from the early rude interaction she had with me before.
