My initial impression was that it would be a very long 2 hours. You are not made to feel welcome and I was immediately told I would have to pay extra for having medium length hair which I really don't; it's a bob just below my ears. It's the kind of place where they sit around having private conversations and don't engage with the customers. If the girl didn't do such a good job of my hair I would give it 2/5 simply because it is not a place you want to spend your time and I wouldn't return. Seems clean, though.
