Simon, the girl who took care of me was very nice and she made sure I was happy with my treatments, unfortunately the Brasilian and underarms wax weren't perfect, but I noticed only when I arrived home.
I'm overall satisfied from the treatment and I would definitely go back and ask for the same beautician.
One girl at the reception is not very welcoming, she often sounds quite rude, but I don't think she notices that her tone of voice could be misinterpreted.

Cornelia was great! It is not the first time I go there, but I had never done Wax with her. She was fast and hollywood wax was almost painless. I have to admit it was not Easy as my hair was pretty long, but she was excellent. The shop is very simple, clean and I love it.
