Simon, the girl who took care of me was very nice and she made sure I was happy with my treatments, unfortunately the Brasilian and underarms wax weren't perfect, but I noticed only when I arrived home.
I'm overall satisfied from the treatment and I would definitely go back and ask for the same beautician.
One girl at the reception is not very welcoming, she often sounds quite rude, but I don't think she notices that her tone of voice could be misinterpreted.
