Normally good treatment but this time some hair was left. All hair should be removed if it's a waxing treatment and asked to remove it all. Other than that excellent.

Basic but very effective wax. The salon is quite plain but it is clean and it is always an excellent service. I no longer work in the area and still return to have my hot wax done here as they always do a very good job. One thing they could do is perhaps have some music in the treatment room - it is a nice distraction from the pain of waxing!

I don't go anywhere else anymore! They use high quality hot wax and do a very thorough job. Always a great experience and the price is unbeatable. I'm so glad I found this place - very highly recommended!
