Simone, the lovely lady who does my waxing is excellent! She's friendly and makes the whole experience painless and quick. I travel a long way to go to her as she is so good. The room is a good size but the ceilings need a lot of improvement. Quite noisey because of building work going on next door but ok when the music is turned on. CW, London
