Been having trouble with discomfort in my muscle at the top of my back/shoulder for some months and just hoping it gets better itself.
This week I decided to give a deep muscle massage a try to see if it would help.
Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, knew exactly where the problems were and I felt reassured whilst receiving the treatment.
Next day I felt a little battered as expected and the second day the problem area felt better than it has for a long time.
Second visit soon.

The massage was incredible, it was exactly what I needed although at times it was slightly painful it was definitely worth it! My therapist was so knowledgeable and kept checking throughout how I was feeling. Another thing I liked was you always get a full hour treatment. Amazing massage will be back again soon xx
