Was welcomed by Anna who run me through how my treatments was going to go and what to expect from them all, I had a mixture of a massage,foot spa and a facial. Was asked what sort of pressure was needed and was done exactly how I wanted. Very professional throughout and was explained at the end what to do to help me going forward
