Horrible gel manicure with Manisha. She was so rude, cut my nails a lot shorter than I asked even when I asked her to stop and use the file instead cause I didn't like the way it was going. She pulled my hand aggressively and cut them anyway saying it was "too hard". She also left a lot of space on the nail when applying the colour so they looked old from day 1. It was my second time after a lovely appointment with Ana and unfortunately I don't think I'll come back after this one. Such a shame.
