Everything was still covid safe even with restrictions dropped, Serena still had high standards of cleanliness and ppe. Felt totally safe. Results are amazing after many showers.

Been going to Serena for a few years now and she provides a high quality service every time, whether for nails or lashes. I would advise to book ahead as her diary is very full (due to high demand for her services). A few weeks ago I made an appointment elsewhere to get my nails done as Serena was unavailable, and the end result from the other salon was nowhere near the high quality that Serena provides (nail extensions). It has taught me to be more organised and make sure that I book ahead!
