Serena is nice and salon is fine etc. But time keeping is a real issue. The first time I went she was over 30 mins late, the next time I went it was 15 mins and my partner also had hers done and she was 30 mins late again. Theres no point booking an appointment to then wait 30mins. It will be the last time I go because its just too frustrating.
