The consultation was non existent, no advice or recommendation of the right treatment. I was asked what I wanted but as I didn't know the treatments I was unsure. She had difficulty getting the pods to attach I felt very concerned about the whole appointment. Her manager checked in but again no advice. She quoted me the wrong price at the start then doubled the price to do what I'd asked for. So I changed my mind after the first poor treatment. I will not be going back a waste of money.

Hifu is an uncomfortable treatment but well worth it Simone talked me through the whole procedure and was excellent with the treatment . She is always caring and friendly and always honest with what to expect .
