My second facial with Simone and she's instantly very warm, very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have suffered with bad skin for the past 3 years and it has caused me insecurities. I have had 2 facials within a couple of weeks and instantly noticed results. I am now getting excited about my skincare journey and looking forward for my next facial!!!

At short notice I booked facial hifu and was lucky to get an appointment. The team were so kind and understanding when I was late and lucky there was enough time to have the treatment. Professional competent and friendly with excellent customer service. Now, when I got home I never said anything to my other half about having had treatment but after 24 hrs he said…” you know, you look younger”. He’s not observant at the best of times so that is a real positive after only 24hrs ! Happy days :-)
