I stopped coming here because they would never stick to appointment timings. They seem to either overbook themselves or accept too many walk-ins, the salon is always very busy and often you will end up having your treatment started while still sat in the waiting area by the door, then being moved around between different work stations and staff members. The whole experience feels very rushed and stressful. The last time I went I waited over an hour past my appointment time. Won't be returning.
