I come here regularly as a treat to myself but lately it’s become more and more stressful. The nail technicians are great, friendly and do a really good job, but they’re under huge pressure due to overbooking. Today I waited 30 minutes (during my lunch break), despite a booked appointment and had 2 different people at different stages as they switched between me and other customers. My nails look great, but it’s not the relaxing experience I hoped for.

Katie was gentle and took the time to give a slow, professional pedicure instead of being heavy handed and rushing through. She also advised against using the razor blade on my feet after accessing my skin and instead did a more delicate scrub

Got my manicure done on Wednesday evening and 8 out of 10 nails had completely chipped by Friday morning. They used old products so pretty disappointed in general
