Booked for a hot stone massage. A normal full body massage was done and no hot stones were used, so I queried them about it. The lady who did it said she didn’t look at the booking properly, but that she wasn’t trained in hot stone anyway. That was it. She then got another lady, whose only response was to say a full body’s the same price so doesn’t matter. No apology, no solution, just an irrelevant and dismissive answer. Would not reccomend or revisit.
