I have been coming here for over four years for my waxing needs and I generally leave quite satisfied. This last session was really quite disappointing. Instead of the planned forty minutes, it took an hour for my treatment. The treatment was not even fully/well completed and the actual waxing was done terribly - nearly all my hairs were cut as opposed to being removed by the root, as a result the (very expensive) product of my wax lasted only a few days instead of the usual month + !

This was my first time at this salon and I was shocked they don’t offer you a towel to cover up while awaiting the esthetician. The wax was applied very hot, and despite making this known to the esthetician, she continued on. Overall, not great.
