I had a scheduled appointment for armpit waxing this morning (Aug 29th) at 10:20 am but when I got there, the place was completely shut. I looked at my email which showed that my appointment was rescheduled which was ONLY sent 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. Not only did I waste my time getting there and nobody was there, when I got there for the new rescheduled time, the technician was behind schedule and had to wait 10-15 minutes with no apologies.

I have had the Hollywood wax twice here and I have had a great experience each time. The staff are friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgable and give you tips for self maintenance.
