Awful experience. Silent treatment when I walked in. I told her I hadn't had a wax before (a lie but not in a while). No help or direction. I was sent into a room and when I asked her a question she ignored, shut the door. Got on the bed and the wax was too hot- like bad hot. Asked her to stop and tried to move her hand when I needed a second and she held my hand down and told me "not to be weak". It's my body. If I say stop touching, you stop. No question. Wax was bad too- there's still hair!
