Very thorough and efficient wax, Karoline was friendly and there was no small talk, which is rare and appreciated by me, but may not be everyone’s preference. Would have been good if the room was a bit cooler and there was some music or something. The pain level was ok; had a few small patches of sensitivity afterwards but nothing major. The place felt clean in the ways that count the most (sterilised tweezers, clean bed with fresh paper towel, hand sanitiser on the front desk, etc).
