The service is flaking! It used to be so good a few years ago. The girls really made use that it wasn’t too painful, cleaned out everything and provided a great service. Now, the last few times I’ve went, I’ve noticed that they’ve become more and more careless which is a shame. Thinking about finding a new place.

Bad experience. The lady waxing my eyebrows began by asking me where I was from, and barely said a word after. She applied wax all at once not in stages and ripped it off at once. The tweezing after was very painful. No trimming done. When showing me with the mirror, she put her head next to mine. I think she was trying to tell me my brows were different shapes but I couldn’t understand her.
I usually have a good experience here, so today was disappointing.
