My booking specified 1h15m and the service was actually less than 10 min. She was very rough. Also when I arrived they asked for my nationality. When leaving I talked with the manager about the poor service and she replied that their service is fast and "this is how is done in Spain and Brazil" (!?). It looks like they adjust the service depending on the nationality. I left the place wondering which is the nationality that gets 1h15m good service.

The quickest and cheapest wax in London. Very rough and ready in service and ambiance but gets the job done. Be wary of the strip wax though as they have the machine on max heat and it burns the hell out of your legs!
